— VACOC Biz Smart Intensive —How to Use Value-Based Pricing to Make More Money and Attract More Clients
Do you feel like the economy is affecting how much clients are willing to pay these days? Do you often have to deal with price shoppers? Are prospective clients scared off once you tell them your hourly rate? The question on everyone's mind these days is how to price competively, yet profitably. You want to attract clients, but you also want to honor yourself and all the skill and expertise you bring to the table. You can't be in business to work for free after all! The old hourly billing model just doesn't work. In this biz intensive, I'm going to show you a completely different pricing methodology that will make your service absolutely affordable for just about any budget and infinitely more scalable and attractive to clients. And none of this involves discounting, bargaining or reducing your rates whatsoever. It's called Value-Based Pricing and it will revolutionize your business! And, you'll never have to track and report your time for clients again. (Who wouldn't jump at that chance alone?!) I'm also going to introduce you to my Administrative Consultant Business Model and show you how to frame your support in innovative ways. My model gives you much more freedom and flexibility in pricing and creating scalable support packages without discounting your fees or otherwise bargaining with your value. In this class, I'm going to introduce you to some mindshifts and aha moments that are unlike anything you've learned from anyone else in our industry. And you're going to get all the tools you need to start using value-based pricing in your business right away. What We're Going to Cover:This biz intensive will be comprised of two 1-hour sessions on July 22 and July 29. Fee also includes a free 1-hour one-on-one session with me to be scheduled independently. Class size will be kept to about 20-30. In these sessions, I'm going to show you:
How the Class Will Be Delivered:We'll be using webconferencing software so that you can view my screen as we go through the course and also see who your fellow students are. This will be a highly interactive class where I'll be presenting learning information and also asking you questions and participating together as a group. Don't worry—you don't need any special software; it's provided by my training platform. You'll be given all the details for attending once you pay for your registration. Course materials and handouts will be provided at the time of the class. The class will be recorded so afterward, you'll get your own copy of the video that you can reference whenever you wish.
Questions About the ClassQ. What tools do I need to be able to view/participate in the class? I have a laptop and high-speed Internet, but the webcam is not functional. Would that be a problem? A. If you have a computer or laptop and high-speed Internet (cable, broadband, etc., not dial-up), then you have everything that is needed to attend. Oh, you'll also need to have speakers so you can hear. If you want to participate, you'll also need to be able to call into the bridgeline. We'll be conducting the sessions by webconference and attendees will be given the webconference room link and login information the week of the class. And don't worry--a webcam is not needed so you can attend in your pajamas and curlers if you like, LOL. No one will ever know. :) Q. I am home-based in the Bahamas and calls to the U.S. are not toll-free. Would I have to pay for the call? A. We will be using a bridgeline for the audio portion of the call. Whether you are charged depends on your own phone company and service plan. Many people have cell phones with free roaming and long-distance. There is also a way to dial-in via the Internet using free VOiP. You'll have to research what your own plans and options allow you to do for free, but I think in most cases, there is a way for attendees to get in on the bridgeline without charges and attendees will be given instructions for calling in via the Internet. Q. I have a schedule conflict and am not able to attend this training. Will you be offering it again in the future? A. The last time I conducted this clinic was back in February. It takes a lot of time and energy to conduct these sessions. For that reason, I don't know when or if I will be doing one again. Q. I'm not able to attend the live class. Will the recording be made available for sale afterward? A. Not at this time. The recording will be made available only to those who were actually present at the class. Q. If I can't attend, will my registration be refunded? A. No, there will be no refunds. My recommendation is to
make sure you can commit to being there and participating before registering.
