Product Overview: What Is Jott?

jott.comAre you one of those who is out somewhere and always thinking of ideas? Or how about when you’re in the grocery store and remember something you didn’t do? Or do you have little yellow sticky-notes all over the place (this is my husband)? If this sounds like you, you need Jott.

Jott is a great little progream that takes voice and transcribes it into text. You can call the Jott number, say who you would like to "Jott" and begin speaking. Jott then takes that audio, transcribes it into text and sends it to the contact indicated.

You first set Jott up online by entering your contacts and identifying the way you would like Jott to contact them. You can have Jott send a text message to a contact's phone number, email address or both.

One of the neat ways Jott can be used is as a reminder system. If you're in your car and think of something you need to do, whether it be personal or business, you can call a number from your cell phone (which can be programmed as a speed dial) and leave yourself a message. When you get back home, the message is waiting for you.

Jott can also be used with your key clients and Virtual Assistant. After everyone is set up, the next time they want to leave a reminder, instruction or any other message, they can pick up their phone, Jott you, and you'll receive an email message. They are able to get their important messages in front of you while still leaving you undisturbed when you are busy or otherwise unavailable to answer the phone.

Another great things about Jott is that because you are speaking on the phone, you are not texting. You don't have to worry about spelling or sending long text messages. You hit the speed dial number, speak the name of the person you want the message to go to, and talk. It's that simple.

I love little programs like this that make your life simpler. This program helps us spend more time enjoying the things we like to do without sacrificing efficiency or having to worry about forgetting anything. Try Jotting someone today; you'll be glad you did!

RESOURCE: Get more done with Jott! Create to-do lists and reminders; send email and text messages; message groups in one call... all with just your voice!
