Getting the Delegation Process Going
Virtual Assistants gladly take an interest in the success
of their clients. It's our goal to see you succeed to your fullest potential.
Our desire is to help you improve processes, and relieve you of as much
administrative work as possible.
As administrative professionals, we understand that clients
often don't know where to start delegating. If you have difficulty in
this area, one way your Virtual Assistant can assist you is by helping
you analyze your time and activities for a week or two. Though time-consuming,
this can be a wonderful exercise in identifying work you don't do well
or just plain dislike.
Through this exercise, you will begin to see patterns where
multi-tasking is actually hampering your productivity, and where improved
time management and delegation can give you back large amounts of your
time. Your Virtual Assistant can help analyze this information, and come
up with solutions to help you work more efficiently.
Clients who undergo this exercise are often very surprised
to see just how much time they are wasting in their business on work they
don't need to be doing or that could be done with greater skill and efficiency
by an administrative professional. And the obvious benefit is that together,
you and your Virtual Assistant will be able to pinpoint areas to start
the delegation process going, and you'll begin to have more time added
to your day to focus on those things you enjoy and benefit your business
most.
