our existence and keep us from getting things done. And if you're a small

Technology

sword. Take the telephone for example. You want to give personal service
and make it easy for customers and clients to reach you. But it can also
be a huge interruption and prevent you from transitioning into the critical
thought and concentration needed to perform the work you've been hired
to do, particularly if you are a solo professional. Since Virtual Assistants
