Virtual Assistant Partnership Center

Find a Virtual Assistant

Virtual Assistants are administrative experts who specialize in providing ongoing administrative support to clients they work with in ongoing (continuous) relationship. If you are ready to partner with a Virtual Assistant, but don't feel like wading through the thousands of sites on the Internet and would prefer to have Virtual Assistants come to you, our Virtual Assistant Partnership Center is the way to go.

Once you submit your information, it will be posted to our private members forum. Those Virtual Assistants who are interested will then contact you directly and guide you from there as to the next step of their particular consultation process. Our Virtual Assistant Partnership Center puts your request in front of our entire membership body (including those who haven't yet gotten listed in our directory) so you'll have even more opportunity to find just the right Virtual Assistant.

NOTE: This submission form is only for clients who are ready to retain a Virtual Assistant on an ongoing, monthly basis. It is not for seeking individual task or project-based assistance. If you need that kind of assistance, please use our Quickie Gigs Service.

Keeping It Real: Important Understandings to Have About Virtual Assistants

Virtual Assistants are independent business owners, not employees or telecommuters. They set their own rates, and have their own business policies and procedures for working with clients. A Virtual Assistant can deliver fantastic support, but she (or he) is not going to be available to you in the same way as an employee. Virtual Assistants charge professional rates that break down into an average range of $35 - $70 per hour.* Virtual Assistants commonly charge monthly retainers and clients typically engage them for 10-25 hours per month. For more information about working with Virtual Assistants, please see our Clients Guide to Virtual Assistants.

Our members are interested only in legitimate opportunities to collaboratively partner with prospective clients in long-term business relationships. MLM, bidding or telecommuting job offers will not be posted. If you are looking to hire employees or commissioned associates, we encourage you to seek advertising in your local newspaper or contact an employment/staffing agency.
